Delivery of merchandise
Although most goods sold on our Website are to be sent electronically, items requiring physical shipping may occasionally be offered. In such cases, the TechnoCentre intends to use the most cost-effective method available to us. The cost of shipping will then be added to the price of the merchandise and must be paid by the purchaser.
Any client not be satisfied with the goods received, whether shipped electronically or physically, should contact the TechnoCentre as soon as possible. Goods are returned at the client's expense. Once the TechnoCentre has received the returned goods and verified the accuracy of information provided by the unsatisfied client, the TechnoCentre will make sure that client is reimbursed promptly. Neither the cost of shipping nor that of return shipping will be reimbursed, unless the return is clearly motivated by an error on the part of the TechnoCentre.
