Reporting to the manager of engineering, the process engineer’s main responsibility will be to optimize manufacturing processes in order to meet the demands of major clients. Through various tests and research related to the processes of manufacturing wind turbine blades made of composite, the engineer’s goal will be to improve the quality of the product and reduce cycle time.             

The engineer must plan, conduct and assist in the implementation of and technical training on new models of blades, new processes or new moulds. Develop solutions to specific technical problems concerning production processes, quality or technical methods including installation or equipment design. Conduct research as needed to establish precise solutions and talk with suppliers to purchase equipment and facilities or to identify problems with the facility's system and equipment failure.



·         University education in engineering.

·         Experience in the field of composites.

·         Excellent oral and written communication, as well as good interpersonal relations.

·         Proficiency with computer software/tools.

·         Leadership.

·         Bilingual (English and French).
